Hosted by the innovative team at REFRAME Wellness Events in collaboration with Morgan Clare, we bring you a rejuvenating day of health and wellness at the luxurious venue of Grantley Hall.
Join us for a harmonious blend of activities and workshops designed to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing; connecting your mind to body with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and an inspiring panel of educators in nutrition and wellness. Enjoy refreshments throughout the day, including a light breakfast and nutritious lunch with a focus on balance which will be the perfect fuel for your day of activities.
Made up of a highly experienced and well-established team of health and fitness experts, the ladies behind REFRAME offer wellness events in and around the Harrogate area, and for the event will be joined by further experts in their field; creating a well-rounded insight, and fusing health and wellness with a luxury way of life.
With a carefully curated edit of luxury lifestyle goodies, Morgan Clare will of course be there on the day for your fix of lifestyle and fashion essentials.
Knowledge is power; arm yourself with the right tools to change your approach to health and wellbeing, and become your most confident and empowered self.

Your hosts for the day have a background in a wide range of fitness and wellness disciplines, as well as teaching at HG3 Sweat in Harrogate. In addition to leading the day, they will also be offering a chance to get yourself acquainted with the gym with an ‘Introduction to Strength Training’ session.

Olivia will be leading the Pilates session at the event and is experienced in both mat and reformer Pilates, as well as specialising in pre/post natal, sport specific, and breast cancer exercise.

Georgina is a specialist in nutrition. She will be talking to you about harnessing the power of nutrition to improve mind, mood and microbes, promoting gut health and the gut brain axis as well as providing general nutritional information.

Jennifer is a Mindset & Wellness Coach who provides both private coaching and workshops. Her talk will focus on empowering you to create a personalised and harmonious routine.

Rebecca is a yoga teacher and model who teaches classes for both mind and body. She is also one of our best Stylists here at Morgan Clare; a woman of many talents!

Joining our in-store and online portfolio of over 50 brands, we have newcomers AJE, FARM RIO, FISCH, JENNY BIRD, LACK OF COLOR, and POSSE.
We’ve done lots of shouting about these brands over the last few weeks, as (if you couldn’t tell) we’re SO excited about their arrival, but this event is a real opportunity for us to formally introduce them to you, and give you the chance to win some amazing goodies.
Enjoy the luxury of styling advice from our in-store personal shoppers whilst indulging in complimentary drinks from 12PM onwards. There will be exclusive new styles added, sell-out pieces restocked, and major prize draws…this is one not to be missed!
